"My stay at this apartment was wonderful! The space was clean, modern & equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable experience. The location was ideal, close to local shops, restaurants and easy transportation options, making it easy to explore the area. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Apex was incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. "Truly Cozy! I have absolutely no complaints about my stay, I only have raving feedback. Everything needed was provided to fulfill your stay whether you are staying short or long term. Landlord is the best landlord I ever had, extremely responsive and flexible and wants to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Very safe and great neighborhood close to Kenwood. I would highly recommend this place!"

I speak with the property manager Abby most of the time, and she always responds to my messages quickly & takes care of my request within a day.
